Customer must supply lever graveled site for barn 6' larger on all side. Gravel pad size will be stated on contract. Site must be professionally leveled and compacted for a secure foundation. Preferable built up 6-10" for proper drainage).
Special Note Customer Responsibility:
Backfilling around the outside of the barn after completion, installing whatever material you prefer inside the barn to fill up to the level of the base frames, approximately 6" (gravel, sand, clay, wood, cement, stall mats, or combination of).
