All our barns are 36’ wide and go up in length in 12’ increments. They have 12’x12’ box stalls running down each side with a 12’ alley down the center. Our side walls are all 8’ high and it goes up to 10’ at the peak. Each barn includes one 6' sliding door.
We can remove stall fronts for the construction; however, we are unable to remove stall dividers as they are part of the structure of the building that holds the roof up.
No, we cannot increase the height or the width of the barns as all parts are pre built; but we can increase the length in 12' increments.
We can build barns throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
The financing we offer is through National Lease, however they will only lease to somebody that farms land for grain, or, to a business owner that will directly benefit from the building of the barn.

Unfortunately, we only specialize in 12' x 12' grid barns that are 36' wide and require the stall dividers to stay in place.
Prior to us coming you need to have a professionally leveled gravel pad that is 12’ wider and 12’ longer than your barn is going to be.
Yes, we can replace all standard box stall fronts with cattle fronts.
Any colours from metalexperts.ca under the colour options is available (specialty colours are extra).
All interior and exterior walls are lined with 2 x 6 Lumber.
Window grills are made from 1" round pipe.

1) Remove all organic material from the building site.
2) Site must be built up 6-8 inches above ground level depending on ground conditions. Barn must be Above any ground water runoff.
3) Use 3/4" crushed fill gravel.
4) Compacted with vibrating gas powered plate compactor.
5) Compacted in 2" layers as it is built up to site level.
6) Compacted to 98% compaction.
7) Site must be finished to smooth and level, checked with a Professional leveling instrument (laser or transit).
